Collect tuition, dues, donations, and ticket payments from every payer

Collect school fees, donations, event tickets, member dues, or any shared payment through a branded page that your team builds with no code. Wallet sends reminders through Channels to each payer who still owes.

Collect from many payers and track every payment

With Wallet Collections, your team can create a branded checkout page for any purpose that many people pay toward, such as tuition from hundreds of parents, tithes from a congregation, dues from association members, tickets for an event, or first payments from new customers. Once you share the page's link, you can follow every payment from the Wallet dashboard. Channels sends each payer a reminder with the payment link, which a payer with no card can open to pay with mobile money.

Collect from 800 families on one page

Your team creates a branded checkout page, shares its link through Channels, and follows each payer from the dashboard, where Wallet marks who pays, who is pending, and who needs a reminder.

Payment pages, reminders, and installments for every collection

To build a payment page from scratch, your developers will have to connect a payment processor, design the form, validate each field, and send receipt emails. A startup that takes pre-orders or a nonprofit that accepts donations may have no engineer to do that work.

Your team can create a checkout page with your logo, your colors, and custom fields, then either set the amount or let payers enter their own. Payers can choose cards, mobile wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local payment methods, depending on their region. You can share the page by link or embed it on your website. Wallet sends a receipt for every payment that the processor confirms.

A school can collect tuition from 800 families, while an association collects annual dues from 2,000 members. In each case, many people pay different amounts on different schedules into one collection, so if your team tracks it by hand, someone will have to record who pays, who is overdue, and how much is outstanding.

Your team can give a collection a target amount or leave it open, then assign it to a group of payers or share a public link. Wallet records who pays, how much, and when. Your team can filter the dashboard by paid, pending, overdue, or partial payments and export collection reports for reconciliation and audits.

Payment reminders through Channels illustration

If your school sends payment notices home on paper, a parent can miss them, while a spam filter can hold back an email reminder. Phoning each family will also take your staff longer with every family on the list.

Connect a collection to Channels to send payment reminders on the channels that your payers use, such as WhatsApp. You can schedule reminders before, on, and after the due date. Each reminder includes a payment link, so that the payer can open the checkout page straight from the message. Channels also reports which reminders it delivers and which payments follow them.

If many of your payers use mobile money and have no card, a card-only checkout page will leave them with no way to pay. Each mobile money provider, such as MTN MoMo, will also need its own technical integration.

In the African markets that Wallet supports, Wallet Collections accepts mobile money, bank transfers, and local debit cards alongside international cards. Each payer chooses their own method, while the collection dashboard lists every payment together.

A family that owes $5,000 in tuition may not be able to pay it all at once. If your team offers installment plans by hand, someone will have to track each partial payment, send a reminder before every installment, and work out which families are behind.

You can split a collection into installments on a monthly, quarterly, or custom schedule. Wallet creates a charge and a reminder sequence for each installment, while the dashboard shows which installments are paid and which are still to come. When an installment is late, Wallet starts its reminders, so your team stops chasing partial payments by hand.

What changes for your bursar or treasurer

Every payer on one dashboard

The collection dashboard lists every payer next to the amount and status of their payment, so your bursar or treasurer can reconcile a collection from one report.

Reminders that payers can pay from

Channels puts the payment link inside each scheduled reminder, so a payer who opens the reminder is one tap from the checkout page.

Payment methods for each payer's region

Payers can choose cards, mobile money, bank transfers, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on their region. A parent with mobile money and no card can therefore pay on the same page as a parent abroad who pays by card.

Installments that Wallet tracks for you

Wallet schedules each installment with its own reminders, while the dashboard shows the paid and upcoming installments for every payer.

600 families owe term tuition at a private school

The bursar creates a term tuition collection with the total amount, the due date, and the option of a plan with 3 installments. Each family receives a link to the payment page on WhatsApp through Channels. Families in Ghana pay with mobile money while families abroad pay by card. Channels sends reminders 7 days before the due date, on the day itself, and 3 days after it.

Result

The bursar follows each family's payments on the dashboard, so the school stops keeping a ledger book by hand. At the end of the term, the bursar reconciles the collection from one export.

A church collects weekly tithes and gifts to a building fund

A church sets up two collections, one for weekly tithes with an open amount and one for a building fund campaign with a $500,000 target. Members give through a branded payment page during services or from their phones during the week. The building fund dashboard shows progress toward the target month by month. Wallet issues each member a year-end receipt for both collections, which the member can use when they file their taxes.

Result

Members can give from their phones at any time of the week, while the church's treasurer follows both collections from one dashboard. Wallet produces every contributor's year-end receipt, so the treasurer stops preparing them one by one.

A professional association renews dues for 4,000 members

An industry association sends annual renewal notices to 4,000 members across 12 countries. The membership coordinator creates a renewal collection with the dues amount, a 30-day payment window, and the option of 2 installments for members who ask for it. Channels sends each member the payment link. On the dashboard, the coordinator can then sort renewals by country, payment method, and status.

Result

Members can pay from the link in their reminder, so the membership coordinator stops chasing renewals and matching wire transfers by hand. Whether a member in Africa pays with mobile money or a member in Europe pays by card, the coordinator sees the renewal in the same dashboard.

Tickets open for a 500-seat conference across three tiers

A conference organizer creates a collection page with three ticket tiers, which are General at $150, VIP at $350, and Student at $75. The page shows the tickets left in each tier, and Wallet closes sales when attendees buy the last of the 500 seats. Wallet saves each attendee to People as a contact with the tag Conference 2026. Channels emails each attendee a confirmation with a QR code ticket as soon as the processor confirms the payment.

Result

Each attendee buys a ticket and registers in the same checkout, so the organizer keeps one list of attendees. Those attendees are already People contacts for the follow-up after the event, while the organizer follows revenue by tier from the Wallet dashboard.
