Importing contacts from CRM
The sales team uses Salesforce for pipeline management and opportunity tracking. Native integration connects Salesforce to People, importing all contacts with custom fields, company relationships, and engagement history mapped to the correct People fields. The initial sync brings over thousands of records, and ongoing synchronization keeps both systems current as sales reps update contact information in either place.
